Toyin it is difficult to come to terms that I will be writing this tribute about you today. We met late last year in Lagos during Ejiro’s marriage introduction. We chatted and agreed to see again during the marriage proper but we are not God. The almighty God knows when our sojourn here on earth is over and will call us home to himself. Like Paul in bible, you have fought a good fight. Toyin you were so patient and intelligent and very calm person I have ever know. You taught me the importance of always looking out for the best in people no matter their class status in society. We your in-law (the Erhie Family) will miss you dearly, we take solace knowing that you stood for Christ and your contribution to Christendom. Adieu my friend. Raphael Erhie(For the Erhie’s Family)

Pastor Toyin was a devoted father and christian! He and his wife were always in church even on week days after a hectic day at work and Lagos traffic. He was also a great role model and leader. He will surely be missed beyond measure but we rejoice in the fact that he has been promoted to glory! I celebrate your life and times! We love you but God loves you more.

Tribute to a blessed brother! Psalm 33:4 KJV "For the word of the Lord is right; and all His works are done in truth." My dear friend and brother, we are short of words to describe the shock of the news of your passing on. I recalled our days in Port-Harcourt. Toyin, you're the one who showed me the way to the Lord by physically dragging me to church. I had never really worshipped at any church before then, but you led me to Christ Chapel. Thank you so much that you did! Now, I'm not just a believer but by God's grace, a pastor, and also leading others to the Lord. I will ever be grateful to God that our paths crossed. Thank you! The last time we saw was when I visited your home at Northern Foreshore Estate, Lekki, Lagos. You have indeed made your mark and served your time. Our memories of you are blissful and encouraging. We will surely miss you! We are to succumb to the way of all the living. We are not like those who do not know their God. Toyin has gone to rest! He has left us to continue with the battle of life and living. Through it all, we judge God faithful and know that all His works are done in truth, so we cast ourselves to His love and care. We pray God grants comfort and strength to his wife Sister Nike, his children, his parents, and his loved ones. Shirley & Gbenga Tijani

Toyin, was almost unobtrusive but also very visible at the same time. He can only br be described as UNFORGETTABLE. He played very critical and impactful roles in church and in the lives of people. I Pray for the entire family who are actually an extension of mine. I also pray that his life will be emulated by all that knew him. May his precious soul rest in peace.

I always remember Pastor Adenuga as a very warm and kind man. I remember being excited on the few times he taught the teens class at CCIC. One thing that has stuck was when he taught that, “if your dream in life seems possible by human hands, your dream is too small.” That really shaped how I set goals for myself. I will always be grateful. May his soul rest in perfect peace.

Moyosore Adejumo, PharmD

Gone too soon I got to know daddy Adenuga when Moyo was in SS1 at Atlantic Hall secondary school as a mathematics teacher, he gave me the responsibility of monitoring Moyo's progress in mathematics and other subjects .He was a perfect gentleman, a caring father to the core, very generous and God fairing.Your life was a blessing, your memory will remain in my heart.” “I am deeply saddened by your departure, but grateful for the time we had together.” “my beloved pastor and wonderful husband to my sister, you may have left us far too soon, but your loving presence will endure forever in our hearts and souls.” May the Almighty grant you eternal rest.
