How do I start or what can I say about Egbon Oluwatoyin Adenuga? He was the first member of my wife’s family that I met and spoke with, several years ago when I was still courting my wife. That encounter gave me a first-time glimpse and experience of him – a man of wisdom, gifted by God to his generation and everyone who met him. Egbon was a true gentleman, courteous, respectful to others and an example to follow in many ways. He was principled, a disciplinarian, discerning, full of foresights, selfless, a servant-leader, a devote lover of God and a family man to the core. As a brother-in-law, he was an example in humility, you will never see him flaunt his position, possessions, or authority; a valuable lesson learnt from him was that life is all about service. Myles Munroe of blessed memory said “the value of life is not in its duration, but in its donation. You are not important because of how long you live; you are important because of how effective you live”. Egbon Oluwatoyin Adenuga lived an effective life of impact. It was clear to him that our prime purpose in this life was to help others and Egbon was always lending a helping hand to everyone. He lived an unassuming life. To his family, it was total devotion to his wife, an encourager and motivator, no wonder the myriads of exploits achieved by the grace of God. He was a role model par-excellence to his children, instilling in them the principles of integrity, hard work, contentment, and determination to succeed. Just like the scripture said, they are all doing well, not just standing before kings but creating value, contributing, to meaningful development in their various field of endeavours. Today, we are not saying goodbye, but goodnight. We believe that we would see again at the resurrection morning, where there will be no weeping or sorrow. Rest on Egbon, rest in peace. You have finished well, you lived a life of impact and the legacy you have left behind will continue to guide us in all we do. Dear Pastor Toyin, I wasn't very close to you, but I always looked at you from afar. I saw in you a very unassuming, quiet, and dedicated person.I also saw the manner with which you carry yourself, with no airs, humble and respectful of everyone. *Tributes to Late Engr. Toyin Adenuga* I was shocked, sad and devastated on the sudden passing away of Engr. Toyin Adenuga, an affable gentleman, devoted and dotting family man. His support and generosity to Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) Lagos State Branch under my watch shall remain fresh on our memories. We are awed and undoubtedly consoled by his selfless services and exemplary legacy to humanity. Pastor Adenuga was a gentle giant and he will always be remembered for his selflessness, kindness and strong sense of community. He will be sorely missed but we are comforted in knowing that he rests in the bosom of the Lord. May the Lord comfort his lovely family and may his gentle soul rest in peace.

In the midst of this grief, we remember a man who touched our lives and left an indelible mark on us all. We can now only pray that his memory of Engr Toyin Adenuga be a source of comfort and strength during this difficult time. Pastor Toyin Adenuga - was a Pastor, a Leader and a Coach. A man of very few words yet he had such a great impact on lives. A very humble leader and dedicated servant of God. A man who never hesitated to get down to anyone’s level to offer support or to help a young person achieve their goals and fulfill God’s Destiny. It was sad to hear that you’ve passed on, but we will continue to put our trust in God till we meet again in heaven. You will surely be missed.

TRIBUTE TO A RENOWNED ENGINEER AND MANAGER. Life is said to be a stage where various actors will play their roles and shift or stood aside for co actors. Engineer Toyin, you played your role and now has stood aside. Your performances and actions when you were alive are now memories. It is our Lord can judge more better. Pastor Toyin Adenuga was a father figure to me as I was growing up. His passing came to me as a huge shock. It's unfathomable that I'm writing about him in past tense. "Deacon", as he was fondly called, was a man of utmost humility and love. His life was one of service. The very embodiment of service to God and service to humanity. In him, you can see the true meaning of being Christ-like. Inspire climbing to the greatest heights of his career, he still remained humble. He was usually the first to arrive Church to clean up and check the microphones and speakers. He was a dedicated servant of God. He was a loving husband and father. May God grant his gentle soul eternal rest and give his family and loved ones peace and comfort.

Toyen, as I fondly addressed you, this one sojourn beats me hands down. Only the Lord knowest everything. You are a thorough disciple of Christ, a great colleague, teacher of the gospel, and a staunch believer in simple living. I will forever remember our camaraderie in the office as senior members of the contracting strategy team of Shell Nigeria, especially the pleasant enjoyment of golf for many years. Together, we made indelible imprints preaching excellence in contracting strategy and the continued sustenance of the golf game at the Rumukoroshe Golf Club, Port Harcourt. It is our desire that you should live, and we celebrate many more decades together but we take solace in the fact that the Lord commanded us to give thanks in all situations. We are consoled by the fact that you lived a fulfilling life and left a great legacy in your various accomplishments, for yourself, your lovely family and our dear country, Nigeria. Lola and I urge your dear wife, Adenike to keep the family together, and remember, great human beings do not die, but live forever through the lives they have touched, and the good principles they have instilled in their children. Tribute to Pastor Oluwatoyin Adenuga It was so shocking when we heard the news of your passing on. The last time we met was in Abuja in February 2022. Pastor Toyin was a peaceful, easy going,humble and gentleman of God. Our comfort is that you slept in the Lord.
